The 101st Annual General Meeting of Pant Memorial Institute (the charity that runs the hall) will be held at the hall on Thursday March 16th at 7pm. All welcome.
The meeting includes SHORT (repeat SHORT) reports from chair, treasurer and secretary, a summary of the charity accounts and the election of the committee for the forthcoming year. After the AGM, the elected committee will hold a very short meeting to elect the charity officers.
This is your chance to join the committee and make a difference to your community. Full details are on the link - please don't hesitate to contact us with any queries. We always welcome new committee members (charity trustees), the hall can't continue without people to run it!
