FILMING AND RECORDING OF COUNCIL MEETINGS AND THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE DATA PROTECTION ACT 2018 Any person present at a Council meeting may not orally report or comment about a Council meeting as it takes place but otherwise may; film photograph, or make an audio recording of a meeting; use any other means for enabling persons not present to see or hear proceedings at a meeting as it takes place or later; report or comment on the proceedings in writing during or after a meeting, or orally report or comment after the meeting. Anyone making a recording for non-domestic purposes is advised to seek advice on their obligations to ensure any processing of personal information complies with the Data Protection Act. Anyone who objects to being filmed or recorded should notify the Parish Clerk prior to the commencement of the meeting.

COUNCIL IN SESSION
2 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST or REQUESTS FOR DISPENSATION. To receive Declarations of Pecuniary Interest in accordance with the Adopted Code of Conduct.
Members are required to declare a disclosable pecuniary interest in a matter to be discussed at this meeting and which is not included in the Register of Interests. Members should leave the room during the discussion and voting on matters in which they have a disclosable pecuniary interest, whether or not the interest is entered in the Register of Members’ Interests maintained by the Monitoring Officer.
3 PLANNING. To consider for comments any applications received (none to hand).

4 HIGHWAY MATTERS. Matters relating to the A483 and other roads in the parish.
5 MINUTES. To confirm Minutes of the virtual meeting held on the 22.10.2020.
6 ROCKWELL MEADOW. a) Request for boundary re-alignment – Mr. D. Jones.
b) Report from Clerk.
7 FINANCIAL MATTERS AND ACCOUNTS. To approve the statement of expenditure v budget to November 2020 and payments made as shown below totalling £4,766.36.
8 COMPLETION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT. To note external audit completion and comments from Auditor.
9 VILLAGE MAINTENANCE. Matters relating to the Parish including: Llanymynech tennis courts use agreement.
10 DONATIONS. Request for donations under s137 of the L.G.A. – Llanymynech Village Hall, Pant Memorial Hall, St. Agatha’s Church PCC, Marie Curie Nurses, Macmillan Nurses and Samaritans.
11 CORRESPONDENCE. CRT Montgomery Canal restoration, School House Bridge diversion due to Long Lane closure.
12 RIGHTS OF WAY. To raise any matters relating.
13 STREET LIGHTING. To receive any fault reports and to note invoice payments.
