PLANNING. To consider applications for comment : 25/00455/OUT, land west of Hillside Pant – 3 dwellings. 25/00431/OUT land west of Rockwell Lane – 2 dwellings.
Refusal of 24/004214/FUL – Llwyntidmon Lodge, Llanymynech (It is considered that the overall design of the proposal is inappropriate within the context of the overall character of the main property. The size and mass of the structure also results in the development not appearing to be subordinate to the original dwelling. It is also considered that it will not protect, conserve and sympathetically enhance the non-designated heritage asset as the proposal does not avoid harm or loss to significance.
GREENGEN VYRNWY FRANKTON CONNECTIONS. Notice of Statutory Consultation 19.2.25 to 16.4.25.
TENNIS CLUB PAVILLION. Letter requesting assistance of £350 for gates. Deferred from last meeting.
LLANYMYNECH PRE-SCHOOL FUNDAY. Cllr Pryce seeks permission for an event on KGV Field in late March.
