3 DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST OR BIAS.
4 HIGHWAY MATTERS. To note the Council’s 2nd request for ASC’s on the A483 in Pant and the response from National Highways.

6 SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL – WORKING TOGETHER. Request by Shropshire Council
for agreement on collaborative working arrangements and signing of Memorandum of Understanding.
7 MINUTES. To approve Minutes of the meeting held on the 25th of September 2025.
8 ACCOUNTS. a) to authorise accounts for payment totalling £2,697.52
b) Statement of Expenditure v Budget to October.
9 LLANYMYNECH KGV FIELD HEDGE. Proposal to address the narrowness of the
pavement in front of the playing field by reducing the width of hedge and install railings.
10 POLICY REVIEW. Review of investment strategy.
11 REMEMBRANCE DAY. Arrangements for observance of Remembrance Day and
Wreath Laying.
