COUNCIL IN SESSION

3 DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST OR BIAS. In accordance with section 29 of the
Localism Act 2011 Members are personally responsible for deciding whether or not they should disclose an interest where a matter arises which directly relates to them. They should not participate in any discussion nor vote on the matter and must not remain in the room unless granted a Dispensation to do so.

4 PLANNING. To comment on or note planning applications as follows:
23/02195/LBC Llwyntidman Farm Maesbrook conversion and alterations.
23/02064/TEL Telecommunications Installation beside A483 Pant, erection of mast and cabinets in Pant, north of the QE11 Village Green.

5 HIGHWAY MATTERS. Matters relating to the A483

6 MINUTES to confirm Minutes of the meeting held on the 30.3.23 (attached)

7 FINANCIAL MATTERS:
a) To note the statement of expenditure v budget to June 2023 to be tabled.
b) To authorise payments made totalling £1,900.01

8 AUDITS. To receive Report from Internal Auditor, and to approve and sign the Annual
Governance Statement for the External Audit.

9 BURIAL GROUND. To receive the Annual Report of the Joint Burial Committee.

10 KGV FIELD. Consideration of bi-annual tree inspection and field entrance.

11 STREET LIGHTING. To consider or approve quotation of £40 per light for fitting to reduce street lighting hours, total cost of £1,440.00 for the 36 led lights, leaving 21 awaiting conversion at £840.

12 COUNCILLOR or CLERK REPORTS ON LOCAL ISSUES. To bring any items to the
notice of the Council, or reports on training or meetings attended.

13 ITEMS FOR FUTURE AGENDAS. Cllrs opportunity to request items for next Agenda.

14 Council in Private Session. Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.
