Local residents are being invited to the March meeting of Llanymynech & Pant Parish Council.
Being held on Thursday, 28 March 2024 at 7.15pm in Pant Memorial Hall.

1 The meeting will commence with a short Silence in Memory of the late Mr. Ken Allcock, former Parish Councillor who passed away on the 18.3.2024.
2 (a) APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE. To receive any Apologies for absence.

4 (c) PUBLIC PARTICIPATION. Members of the public are here given an opportunity to make representations to the Parish Council on items on the agenda or of public interest.

5 DISCLOSURES OF PECUNIARY INTEREST OR BIAS. In accordance with section 29 of the
Localism Act 2011 Members are personally responsible for deciding whether or not they should disclose an interest where a matter arises which directly relates to them. They should not participate in any discussion nor vote on the matter and must not remain in the room unless granted a Dispensation to do so.
6 HIGHWAY MATTERS. Matters relating to the A483 and other roads in the parish.
7 BUS SHELTER IN PANT. To consider Parish Council contribution to funding.
8 MINUTES to confirm Minutes of the meeting held on the 22.2.24 (attached).
9 PLANNING. a) To comment on, or to note planning applications. None to hand.
10 FINANCIAL MATTERS:
a) To note the statement of expenditure v budget to March 2024 to be tabled.
b) To authorise payments made as shown on list below totalling £3207.71
11 LLANYMYNECH VILLAGE SHOP. Information on closure and to discuss possible
alternative solution.
12 ROCKWELL WILDFLOWER MEADOW. Updates
13 ANNUAL PARISH MEETING ARRANGMENTS to be held at Llanymynech on 25.4.24.
14 PARISH COUNCIL DOMAIN NAME. To consider SALC advice concerning .gov.uk name.
14 RIGHTS OF WAY. To raise any issues thereof.
15 COUNCILLOR or CLERK REPORTS ON LOCAL ISSUES. To bring any items to the
notice of the Council, or reports on training or meetings attended.
