The meeting of Llanymynech & Pant Parish Council is on Thursday 23rd May 2024 at 7.15pm in the Defra Room, Llanymynech Village Hall.

1 ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN. To elect a Chairman for the ensuing year, and to sign a Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
2 ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN. To elect a Vice Chairman
3 RESPONSIBLE FINANCIAL OFFICER to be appointed and an Acceptance of Office to be signed.
4 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE.
5 DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST OR BIAS. In accordance with section 29 of the
Localism Act 2011 Members are personally responsible for deciding whether or not they should disclose an interest where a matter arises which directly relates to them. They should not participate in any discussion nor vote on the matter and must not remain in the room unless granted dispensation to do so.

7 COUNCILLOR RETIREMENT. Receipt of Cllr Terry Mason’s retirement letter after 25 years’ service.

11 PLANNING. Planning Application for comment:
24/01708/FUL- Llwyntidmon Lodge, Llwyntidmon Lane, Llanymynech, erection of garage and workshop with vehicle lift.
Application 24/01187/FUL Heddwch, Pant single storey extension – granted permission.
12 COUNCIL VACANCY CO-OPTION.
13 FINANCIAL MATTERS AND ACCOUNTS.
a) To receive Bank Reconciliation.
b) To approve the accounts for payment totalling £6910.06
c) To note Precept receipt of £28,600 precept and £2,547.45 Neighbourhood Fund.
14 INTERNAL AUDIT. Report on remote Audit and to sign section 2 of the Annual
Governance and Accountability Return for the Internal Audit by JDH Business Services.
15 COUNCIL WEBSITE. To commission the new compliant website. Quotation price confirmed from 2023 from Aubergine for £999.00 + vat with SLCC Member discount and domain name .gov.uk free for first year with Government grant of £100.
