Everyone is welcome to attend the next meeting of Llanymynech & Pant Parish Council on Thursday 25th September 2025 at 7.15pm in Llanymynech Village Hall.
The agenda for the meeting is below and members of the public are able to bring items of local concern to the meeting. If felt appropriate the parish Council can act on these or refer them to other agencies for further actions.

(c) MATTERS RAISED BY THE PUBLIC. A period of 15 minutes is set aside for
members of the public to speak on any matter on the Agenda, or to request items to
be placed on a future Agenda.

4 CO-OPTION OF COUNCILLOR. New Councillor to sign Declaration of Acceptance.
5 HIGHWAY MATTERS. To raise matters relating to roads – a) road closure of Well House Lane/ Rhiew Revel on 16.11.2025 from 9.30am to 15.30pm for bridge checking.
b) Request for 30mph speed limit on Station Road/Well House Lane through to B4398.
c) Email from resident concerning A483 violation of speed limits – ASC’s requested

Application 25/03292/TPO – Protected Trees on KGV field and decision on tree T1

Application 25/03233/FUL – Cae Bryn, Llanymynech SY22 6HB – single storey extension, remodelling works to existing property and erection of detached garage.

7 SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL – WORKING TOGETHER.
8 PAY AGREEMENT. To authorise implementation of Local Government Services Pay award applicable from 1.4.2025 – scale 32. (paid from 21.8.2025).
9 MINUTES. To approve Minutes of the meeting held on the 24th of July 2025
10 ACCOUNTS. a) accounts for payment totalling £6056.02
b) Statement of Expenditure v Budget to September – to follow.
11 LLANYMYNECH HERITAGE AREA. Llimeys request for replacement benches as the
greenwood seating installed in 2005 is now rotten. Benches = £330 each, Picnic Tables = £295 each.
12 PANT RECREATION FIELD. a) Report on Agreement for use of the field. b) damage to
fencing/repair.
13 LLANYMYNECH VILLAGE HALL TOILETS. Request for donation of £50.
14 LLANYMYNECH KGV FIELD. Report on installation of pedestrian pathway on southern
edge of field.
15 BARLEY MEADOWS VERGE TREE. Report of an overgrown tree on the verge in
Barley Meadows estate obscuring the Railway Bridge Weight Limit sign.
