Llanymynech & Pant Parish Council has published this week’s meeting agenda and reminds local people that they are welcome to attend.
This week’s Parish Council Meeting includes a number of important topics on the agenda including the co-option of a new Parish Councillor and the relisting of the village shop in Pant as an Asset of Community Value.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, 26th November 2023 commencing at 7.15pm
at Pant Memorial Hall.

2 DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST OR BIAS. In accordance with section 29 of the Localism Act 2011 Members are personally responsible for deciding whether or not they should disclose an interest where a matter arises which directly relates to them. They should not participate in any discussion nor vote on the matter and must not remain in the room unless granted a Dispensation to do so.
3 CASUAL VACANCY. The Casual Vacancy is now open for co-option.
4 PLANNING. To comment on or note the following applications:
23/00152/FUL – Llwyntidman Lodge, Maesbrook. Refurbishment of existing house with improvements, along with a new roof and a two story extension.
23/00092/FUL – Land south of Station Rd, Pant. Erection of 1 detached dwelling, double garage and associated external works and access.
Permission granted for 22/03414/FUL Bron Fyrnwy, Llanymynech – extension.
5 HIGHWAY MATTERS. Matters relating to the A483 and other roads in the parish.

a) Consideration of Budget and to set the Precept for 2023/24 spreadsheets attached.
b) To note the statement of expenditure v budget to December 2022 to be tabled.
