The February meeting of Llanymynech & Pant Parish Council will begin with a tribute to mark the recent death of Mrs. Dilys Gaskill, former Oswestry Borough Councillor and Mayor, Shropshire Councillor, Parish Council Chairman and Councillor.
Members of the public are – as always – welcome at the event both to contribute to the Council’s discussions but also to join with others to mark Dilys’ life and contribution to the Parish.

3 DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST OR BIAS. In accordance with section 29 of the Localism Act 2011 Members are personally responsible for deciding whether or not they should disclose an interest where a matter arises which directly relates to them. They should not participate in any discussion nor vote on the matter and must not remain in the room unless granted a Dispensation to do so.
4 CASUAL VACANCY. To receive applications for co-option.
5 PLANNING. To comment on or note on planning applications.
6 HIGHWAY MATTERS. Matters relating to the A483 and other roads in the parish.
7 ROCKWELL MEADOW. To approve the Management Plan quotation and to discuss the next steps.
